Semester public transport pass?

From SEPTA's website: "SEPTA offers colleges and universities the opportunity to offer their students a discounted semester-based transit pass through SEPTA’s University Pass program. Participating institutions can select from a variety of fare instruments and zones that will coordinate with the institution’s academic calendar. Temple University and UPenn participate in the University Pass program. Students should contact their college for more information."
