I too will be in Pittsburgh until late July--working, etc. Did you find a place yet?
I'm going out June 13-15 to see if I can get a place of my own. I work down in the South Side (at REI) so I'm downtown frequently.
Anytime next week is good for me if either of you are free. (Rajeeve I think we've met--I'm the really little Duquesne girl)

I'm probably heading to Germantown/East Falls or out by Fairmount Park somewhere. Depends on how transportation works out, I'm not bringing a car, so it'll be the trolley for me.
When is good to meet in the South Side??
I don't care where we go...dinner might work somewhere...Thai Me Up is always a low-cost classic.

-Bring whatever you like to drink, if anything...there's a small fee ($2) for the BYOB

hi folks. i had trouble accessing the site. i have been at pitt for the last five years. will be heading to philly hoping to live in the east falls/manayunk area. hopefully i can make it to the southside on tuesday to meet all of you!!!

Coming from Oakland or the Waterfront:
Head down Fifth towards town
Make left onto Birmingham Bridge
Stay in right lane
Turn right onto East Carson at the end of the bridge
Head down to 20th Street
Just after you pass 20th, look on your right side next to Eckerd, there's a blue awning--that's Thai Me Up
Coming from everywhere else (i.e. 10th street or Station Square)
Head down to the 19th block of E. Carson
See above. Rinse. Repeat.
